Starting today we are proud to announce and debut our newest project, Proper Recovery brought to you by Proper Fuel! Proper Recovery is a unique, one-of-a-kind post-workout product for anyone who's looking to get all they can from their training sessions with us! While there are many, many supplement companies and products on the market, there aren't any that can provide you with all of the benefits that Proper Recovery has to offer. Proper Recovery was intentionally formulated and crafted to provide you with everything you need in a post-workout shake. Here are the key components that make Proper Recovery different from every other product out there:
* Proper Recovery has a 1:1 Protein to Carbohydrate ratio which scientific studies have demonstrated to be the correct ratio for both muscular repair and growth as well as glycogen replenishment (AKA energy for muscles). Each serving of Proper recovery is 20g of Protein and 20g of Carbohydrate.
* In addition to both Protein and Carbohydrates, Proper Fuel has a specific type of amino acid (amino acids are the building blocks of protein) called Leucine added to it. Leucine has been shown to increase muscle protein synthesis, which is precisely what we are after while we are recovering.
* Creatine and Fenugreek Extract found within Proper Recovery increases the rate at which glycogen resynthesis occurs. The faster you can replenish your glycogen, the sooner you're ready to train again.
* Himalayan Pink Salt has also been added to the mix. This specific type of salt provides your body with additional minerals and is essential in helping your body to re-hydrate and return to its baseline temperature, which has to happen before you can start to recover.
