MFGP Membership Hold Form
Hold Policy: Hold requests must be submitted no less than 5 business days before your upcoming invoice.
Membership hold requests are limited to 4, 5, or 6 weeks at a time. Members cannot place a hold on their membership for more than 12 weeks in a calendar year.
Upon expiration of the hold period agreed upon, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume.
If you chose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard 14 day cancellation notice requirement stated in the Cancellation Policy is applicable. If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is canceled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable.
