Membership Policies

MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT

1. Membership Options for Misfit Gym Portland (MFGP) Member hereby agrees to one of the following membership types:

  • Unlimited Monthly Membership – Provides unlimited classes per calendar month. Billed monthly on date of sign up. 


  • Couples Membership – For two individuals residing at the same address and paying with the same card. Provides unlimited classes per person per calendar month per member. Billed monthly.


  • Annual Membership - Provides unlimited classes for 12 consecutive months from the date of purchase. Annual memberships cannot be paused or cancelled and are non-refundable. Annual membership availability is not guaranteed and subject to change. 

  • Punchcard Membership – Grants access to 10 classes. Expires 6 months from date of purchase.
Refunds will not be issued for unused classes, and classes may not be transferred or rolled over to another pass. 

  • Single Class Drop In – Provides access to a single class. MFGP reserves the right to restrict access to any class based on waitlists or availability.

  • Week-long Drop In – Provides unlimited classes for a 7 day period from date of purchase.

2. PAYMENTS AND BILLING

  • Monthly and couples memberships will be automatically billed on a recurring basis using the payment method provided on the date of sign up.


  • Punchcard memberships, single-class drop ins, and week long drop ins are one-time, non-refundable payments and are not subject to automatic renewal and must be requested by the purchaser. 

  • Annual memberships must be paid in full at the time of purchase and do not automatically renew unless requested by the purchaser.

  • All membership payments are non-fundable. Exceptions are handled on a case by case basis.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND HOLDS

Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their membership at any time with a 14-day written notice. All cancellation requests must be submitted exclusively through the cancellation form on the Misfit Gym Portland website located HERE. Requests made through email, phone, or in person will not be accepted.

If a scheduled membership payment falls within this 14-day window, that payment will be charged in full, regardless of attendance or usage during the notice period, and the member will retain access to the facility and classes through the end of their final billing cycle. All membership payments, including the final payment, are non-refundable.

Hold Policy

Hold requests must be provided through the Hold Request form located on MisfitGymPortland.com or HERE and must be submitted no less than 5 business days before your upcoming invoice.

Membership hold requests are limited to 4, 5, or 6 weeks at a time. Members cannot place a hold on their membership for more than 12 weeks in a calendar year.

Upon expiration of the hold period agreed upon, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume.

If you chose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard 14 day cancellation notice requirement stated in the Cancellation Policy is applicable. If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is canceled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).
