Our Beginner's program is 9 classes over the course of 3 weeks with hands on coaching in a small group environment. Your beginners coach will help you learn how fitness can change your life, keep you moving safely and help you get ready to join Crossfit class!
What to Expect in Crossfit Beginners
We understand walking into a CrossFit gym can be nerve-racking and stressful, but we’re here to tell you that it’s perfectly normal and that you CAN do this! We’ve designed this program to take place in a small group setting with other new members so you can get comfortable with a new atmosphere and new Misfits like you. This three week program will teach you the fundamentals of CrossFit and its movements, and will make for a seamless transition into our group classes.
